The beagle sale will include visitng a kennel and talking to the breeder.
These energetic hounds like children and will play for hours with them. If socialized and supervised properly, you shouldn't have any problems, but the child should not play rough with the hound. Some hounds play rambunctiously and can accidentally hurt younger children. It’s typical of hunting dogs to chew on everything, which may frighten a smaller child. Hunting instincts can be trained out of these dogs with firm and consistent training.
